  • Registration

    Why do I need to register?
    You need to register so that we can track your points, allowing you to redeem them for great rewards. By registering, we're able to show you all of your account information including your point and redemption history. We can also ship rewards to you based on the profile information you provided.
    How do I create a Disney Movie Rewards Account?
    1. 1. First, go to www.DisneyMovieRewards.co.uk and click on the Join Now button.
    2. 2. If you are already a registered Disney guest, you may use your existing user name and password. Just go to the Login section and submit your existing information
    3. 3. If you don't already have a user name and password from another Disney account, follow the instructions to fill out the registration form and create an Account. To create an Account, you must have a unique valid email address. Limit one (1) Account per person. The person who is the authorized email account holder of the email address indicated when registering must provide date of birth information when registering for an Account and will be deemed the participant.
    Who may join the Disney Movie Rewards Program?

    The Program is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom and Ireland who are 18 years and older at the time of enrollment. Employees, directors and officers of Disney and any agencies or other companies involved in the development or execution of the Program, as well as their immediate families (parents, siblings, children and spouse) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter the Program to collect and redeem points or win a prize.

  • My Account

    How do I update my account information?
    After you login, click on My Account and then click the Change button to change the relevant account information or to set your contact preferences.
    I have a new email address. Can I still login?
    You can still login, but you must use the email address that you registered with originally. Once you are logged in, you can access My Account to update your other account information, you can then change your email address to your new address.
    What if I don't remember my password?
    If you don't remember your password, click here and follow the directions so that we can send you a reminder email with your password. The password reminder will be sent to the email address you gave when you originally set up your account.

    How do I earn Disney Movie Rewards points?
    Getting started is easy. Just collect the codes on eligible Disney Blu-ray™ and DVD releases. You may also earn points by answering surveys and/or trivia questions at DisneyMovieRewards.co.uk. We'll let you know if other methods of collecting points become available, so check the website for updates. Once you've collected enough points for your desired reward, you can redeem them at DisneyMovieRewards.co.uk.
    Will all Disney Blu-ray and DVDs have a Disney Movie Rewards code?
    Only select Disney Blu-ray and DVDs will contain a code that can be redeemed for Disney Movie Rewards. Please view the Eligible Movies page at DisneyMovieRewards.co.uk to see which titles are eligible.
    Where will I find the Disney Movie Rewards code?
    The eligible Disney Blu-ray and DVDs will include a special Disney Movie Rewards insert with a unique code printed on it.
    Can I combine points with other members' accounts?
    No, you may not combine points with other members' accounts or transfer them from one member's account to another member's account.
    Can I sell codes to or buy codes from other people?
    No. You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise dispose of codes in any way that violates or attempts to subvert the Disney Movie Rewards Terms and Conditions. Any attempt to combine or transfer codes or points will result in your disqualification from the Program and you will lose all the points in your Account. As the Sponsor, we reserve the right to take any other or additional action that is appropriate in the event that we believe (in our sole discretion) that a member or members have violated this provision.
    I tried to enter my code but it came back as invalid. What can I do?
    Please verify that you have entered the code correctly. If you are still having problems, please Contact Us.
    What if the Disney Blu-ray or DVD I purchased is on the Eligible Movies page but is missing the Disney Movie Rewards code?
    Please let us know immediately by using the Contact Us form.
    How do I know how many Disney Movie Rewards points I have?
    Once you are logged in to DisneyMovieRewards.co.uk, you can find your point balance near the upper right corner of the webpage, the homepage or on the My Points page.
    How do I redeem my Disney Movie Rewards points I have?
    Once you are logged in to DisneyMovieRewards.co.uk. Browse through the great rewards and make your selection. Then follow the simple checkout process to redeem your reward. You'll be asked to confirm your delivery address to make sure your reward gets shipped to the right place.
    My point balance seems wrong. What should I do?
    Sometimes your computer's cache (sort of like short-term memory for your browser) will keep you from seeing the most current information, especially if your point total changed since you logged in. If your total seems incorrect, try logging off, close all browser windows, open a new browser window, and log back in. If that doesn't work, let us know by using our Contact Us form.
    What rewards can I redeem with my Disney Movie Rewards points?
    You can choose from several rewards in a range of categories. Click Browse rewards to browse the latest assortment.

  • Rewards

    How do I find the rewards I want?
    We make it easy for you to find the rewards you want. Check out the rewards catalogue to browse through rewards by different point value ranges.
    Why has the point value changed for some rewards?
    As described in our Terms & Conditions, we may occasionally reduce the number of points needed to acquire certain rewards. These changes will be based on the number of codes in market, the point values of the codes available, and opportunities to bring you new rewards. If you previously redeemed a reward which is later offered for fewer points, please note that we cannot credit the difference to you.
    Why does it say Quantities limited for some reward items?
    All rewards are subject to availability. Quantities limited is an indication that inventory on the item is limited. If this is an item you really want and you have the points, you should consider redeeming your points for it sooner rather than later, as our inventory may run out.
    Can I redeem rewards and have them sent to someone else?
    Yes. The delivery address that is entered with your account is used to mail rewards. However, you can update that address at any time by going to My Account and then selecting to change your Delivery address. Sorry, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or to addresses outside your home country.
    How do I know the status of my rewards?
    After you redeem points for a reward, you will receive an email confirmation. If you redeemed a physical reward, you will also receive an email confirming once it's been shipped. If it's a digital reward, you'll receive an email to the email address we have on record with instructions on how to download your reward.
    Is there a limit to the number of rewards I can redeem in a day?
    No. If you have enough points to redeem the rewards, there is no limit by day. However, certain rewards have a redemption quantity limit per member. Please see the rewards catalogue for more details.
    Is there a limit to the number of times I can redeem a particular reward?
    Some of our rewards are produced in limited quantities, exclusive to the Disney Movie Rewards Program, and/or are hard to find. To ensure that each member has the chance to redeem some of the more popular and limited-quantity rewards, we need to limit multiple redemptions of the same reward by a member. The limit is noted within the reward detail information. Go to Browse rewards and then select the reward that you would like to get further information on and the limit will be indicated.

  • Getting Rewards

    How are items shipped?
    Generally, rewards will be sent via the your local mail carrier. Rewards can be delivered to street addresses only; sorry, but we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
    When can I expect to receive my reward?
    Unless otherwise advised at the relevant time of redemption, physical rewards will be shipped within 2-4 weeks from redemption and digital rewards should arrive in your email inbox within 72 hours of redemption. Click here to Contact Us if you have still not received your reward.
    Where will my reward be sent?
    Your reward will be sent to the address specified during the redemption process. Unfortunately, rewards can only be sent to the country that you currently reside in.

    What web browser do I need to use this site?
    The site will perform best with Internet Explorer 7 & above and Firefox and Mozilla based browsers.
    What version of Flash do I need to use this site?
    All Flash content will work with Flash Player 10 and above.
    Is the Disney Movie Rewards site safe and secure?
    At The Walt Disney Company, the security and confidentiality of your information is extremely important to us. We have implemented technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect guest information from unauthorized access and improper use. From time to time, we review our security procedures in order to consider appropriate new technology and methods. Please be aware though that, despite our best efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

  • Points For Titles Missing Codes

    Do all Disney movies purchased qualify for Disney Movie Rewards points?
    Please visit our Eligible Movies page for the listing of releases that qualify for Disney Movie Rewards points.
    If I lost my Blu-ray or DVD insert with the Magic Code, can I still receive Disney Movie Rewards points for that title?
    Yes you can! Contact Us for assistance
    Do points for missing codes go to the same account as my DVD purchases entered with a code?
    Yes. All applicable points will be credited to the same account you created when you became a Disney Movie Rewards member.

    Only select Disney Blu-ray and DVDs will contain a code that can be redeemed for Disney Movie Rewards. Please view the Eligible Movies page to see which titles are eligible.

    Closing your Account

    Once your account is closed, it is no longer accessible by you or anyone else. If you ever wanted to collect points or redeem rewards from us again or take advantage of any other features of the Program then you would need to start a new account. If you simply want to change the e-mail address associated with your account you can do this without having to close your account.

    If you still want us to close your Account. First, visit Your Account page and in the section Notifications unsubscribe from receiving marketing emails from the Program. Once you have done this, please contact us to request that your account be closed. Please make sure to send your request from the e-mail address associated with the account you would like to close, so that we can verify your identity. Please note that you may still receive messages about your account or points balance for a period of time until the cancellation of your Account has been effected.

    How often are rewards added?
    Disney Movie Rewards offers many unique and exclusive rewards, and some may be limited in quantity. If an item you want is shown as being limited in quantity, you may want to consider redeeming your points for it sooner rather than later, to ensure you receive it before our inventory runs out on these great rewards. Please know that new rewards are added regularly. Be sure to check back at DisneyMovieRewards.co.uk to see what's new.
    How often are eligible titles added?
    Only select Disney DVDs and Blu-ray discs will contain a Disney Movie Rewards Magic Code that can be redeemed for Disney Movie Rewards. To see a list of eligible Disney DVD and Blu-ray releases, visit DisneyMovieRewards.co.uk and check out the Eligible Movies page. Be sure to visit DisneyMovieRewards.co.uk regularly as more eligible titles are added frequently.
